Management skills

As part of the educational activities of the Training Center of the SRC RA, on May 4 and 5, a two-day training was held for employees of the Department of Post-Release Control of the SRC RA.

The goal was to provide Customs officers with a new toolkit for behavioral analysis and management through training, practice and exchange of experience. It is necessary for the development of professional skills

The educational process was filled with practical assignments and teamwork related to solving specific cases, decision making, prioritization and time management.

It was conducted by Varuzhan Avetisyan, founder and head of InfoSkills.

The training was organized on the initiative of the Head of the Department of Post-Graduation Control of the State Revenue Committee of the Republic of Armenia Gohar Sahakyan, who regularly contributes to the organization of various trainings to improve the professional level of employees.

“Providing new stocks of knowledge and skills is necessary for everyone to increase work efficiency and ensure progress in the professional field,” says Ms. Sahakyan.
